Introduction:
    JX-04-6 is lead based compound heat stabilizer with internal and external lubricants. It is heat stabilizer specially for PVC pipefitting injection. It has good heat stability and proper lubrification, which ensure good well-proportioned plasticizing for PVC. The injection pipefitting  have well-proportioned thickness and glazed .

Addition rate:
    According to the different equipments and moulds, suggests add 5.0-6.0 phr in each 100 phr PVC resin, suggest the high speed mixture temperature between 110℃ and 130℃.
